From its humble beginnings as Frampton’s Real Estate in 1987, the agency has gone through many changes. HISTORY

In 1994 Frampton Real Estate joined the First National group. The First National Real Estate network was established in 1981 by a number of independent real estate agents committed to providing better service to their clients. From humble beginnings, First National Real Estate continued to gain momentum and today stands as the largest network in Australia with over 550 offices in Australia & New Zealand, we even have offices in Singapore.

Frampton First National and some of its individual members have won many awards including the highest industry award of “Large Agency of the Year” from the Real Estate Institute of NT in 2001, the "Community Service" Award from the Real Estate Institute of the NT in 2006 and "Auctioneer of the Year" from the Real Estate Institute of the NT for David Forrest in 2006.
